When you sign up for recurring service, we want you to stay because your yard is consistently clean, your service is reliable, and having one less chore on your plate makes your life easier—not because you’re locked into an agreement.

That means there’s no six-month commitment, no one-year contract, and no complicated cancellation process. If your circumstances change, you can cancel your recurring service.

While we don’t require a service contract, we do have Terms of Service.

There’s an important difference.

Our Terms of Service aren’t designed to lock you into being a customer. They’re there so everyone knows what to expect. They outline things like billing, scheduling, access to your yard, weather-related service changes, cancellations, and other policies that help us provide reliable service to hundreds of New Jersey dog owners.
