We are New Jersey’s trusted choice for pet waste removal since 2003

Meet Emily

Emily is the owner and operator of Big Business Scoopers, one of New Jersey’s oldest pet waste removal companies, proudly serving dog families since 2003. After she and her mother took over the business from a friend in 2015, she’s grown it into a trusted local service across six NJ counties. Emily believes in personal care for every client, reliable attention to detail and clean yards for every dog!

She also serves as Secretary of aPaws, one of the first professional organizations dedicated to the pet waste removal industry, where she helps support and elevate standards across our field.

The Big Business Team: Trusted and Friendly Scoopers, Dedicated to Your Dogs and Your Yard

Meet Ayelen

Scooping since June 2020—back when we were operating as an essential service during the pandemic—Ayelen is our most senior team member. She joined Big Business Scoopers because of her genuine love for animals.

Today, she brings that same passion to every yard, delivering thorough, dependable service and personal caring for as many furry friends as possible.

Meet Greyson

After helping take care of his family's dogs in North Carolina, Greyson saw the job application for Big Business and realized he wouldn't mind cleaning up dogs since they always manage to bring a smile to his face. He’s so happy to have a job where he’s able to care for and help out dog families.

Greyson is a proud new father and hopes that when his little one gets bigger he’ll be able to add a dog into our immediate family.

Meet Greg

Greg is a lifelong animal lover and dedicated dog dad to Molly, who enjoys walkies and tossing a ball. He has hands-on experience in dog walking, washing, pet sitting and, of course, pet waste removal.

With a friendly nature and faithful commitment, Greg ensures that every dog family he works with at Big Business Scoopers feels valued and well cared for.

Meet Jaiden

Jaiden is a devoted dog lover who takes pride in his work and treats every yard as if it were his own. He is committed to delivering great service and making every dog’s day a little better.

By consistently improving each yard he services, Jaiden helps make life easier for clients by giving them one less thing to worry about.

Meet Dani

Being an avid hiker, snowboarder, and camping enthusiast, Dani brings an adventurous spirit and down-to-earth energy to keeping your yard clean and pet-friendly. As a devoted animal lover, she understands how important a safe, fresh space is for both pets and their people.

Whether she’s exploring new trails or helping maintain your yard, Dani is all about making nature a little bit cleaner and a lot more enjoyable!

Meet Daniel

Daniel is our youngest Scooper, but you wouldn’t know it from his strong work ethic and consistency. He truly enjoys what he does, taking pride in helping families and their dogs enjoy a clean, happy space to play.

That’s what makes each of our Scoopers so incredible—they’re true dog lovers who care about their work and take pride in making life easier for dog families.

Meet Lauren

With a deep love for the outdoors and a soft spot for every creature (especially the four-legged kind), Lauren brings both care and compassion to every visit. They believe a clean yard means more room for tail wags, zoomies, and happy moments with your pup.

Friendly, reliable, and always happy to help, Lauren take pride in keeping your yard in tip-top shape—so you and your family can enjoy the great outdoors without a worry!

Tom & Tina: The Legacy Behind Big Business Scoopers

Meet Tina

Tina never imagined she’d one day own and operate a small business, but when the opportunity arose to purchase a dog waste removal company from a longtime colleague and family friend, she embraced it wholeheartedly. Working alongside her daughter, Emily, she helped grow Big Business Scoopers into the trusted, local service it is today. Working with dog families every day was a joyful and rewarding way to cap off her career.

Although now retired, Tina continues to hold Big Business Scoopers—and the memories of building it with Emily—close to her heart.

Meet Tom

Tom and Tina worked together in the corporate world in the 1990s, and it was Tina who first gave Tom the idea for a pet waste removal service. A lifelong dog parent, he immediately saw the need it would fill. In 2003, he launched Big Business Scoopers in Short Hills, NJ, building a business rooted in care, reliability, and love for dogs. Over the years, his vision laid the foundation for what Big Business is today.

It felt like “meant to be” when Tom sold the business to Tina 12 years later, and he remains thrilled to hear how it continues to flourish.
