In fact, most of our clients are not home during their regularly scheduled pet waste removal service. Big Business Scoopers is designed to be a convenient, hands-off service that keeps your yard clean without requiring you to rearrange your day around us.
How Does Service Work If I’m Not Home?
As long as our Scooper can safely access the areas of your property that need to be cleaned, there is no need for anyone to be home.
Before your visit, you’ll receive a text notification letting you know that your Scooper is on the way. Your assigned Scooper will arrive, access the yard according to the instructions we have on file, thoroughly remove the pet waste, and secure the gate when finished.
Then you can come home to a cleaner yard without having to think about it.
What About Gates?
If your yard is fenced, we simply need a reliable way to access it. During signup, you can provide any important gate instructions, such as which gate we should use or how to operate a particular latch.
We take gate security seriously. Our team is trained to make sure gates are properly closed when entering and leaving the property.
If your gate is locked and requires a key, combination, or other special access, contact our office so we can determine the best arrangement for your property.
