Just need a one time clean up? We do that too.

We understand that life gets in the way of even the most important things. And so it certainly gets in the way of chores like dog poop scooping! You don’t need to be interested in regularly scheduled services in order to call us for help. We do one time visits as well. Each visit starts at $80.00 for up to one hour of scooping. Each 15-minute period over one hour is $15 extra. If you decide to move forward with regularly scheduled service we will automatically rebate $20 back to your account from the initial charge.

We have gift certificates!

A clean yard and a break from an unpleasant chore is a great gift for any occasion. Our gift certificates are very popular around Mother’s and Father’s Day as well as the winter holidays. But they’re available year round! Call us to order.

How does billing for pet waste removal work?

Invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month either by regular mail or e-mail (preferred to reduce paper waste!)  Payment can be made by check, credit card, or PayPal (by sending payment to info@bigbusinessscoopers.com.)  Your invoice will be simple and predictable because we use monthly averaging (take the amount of one visit, multiply by the number of visits per year, and divide by 12 months), which allows us to charge the same amount each month.  And we're always available anytime you have questions about your pet waste removal service!

Not satisfied with a poop scooping service?  Please let us know within 24 hours!  We will come back out to fix the job, if possible.  Or we will credit your account for that service.

So you're not the only one who's sick of picking up dog poop?  Refer a friend or family member!  When they sign up, we'll give you a free dog pick up service on your next invoice.  This is just our way of saying, "Thanks!"
