MEET THE OWNER
To me, pet waste removal is about much more than picking up after dogs. It’s about showing up, communicating honestly, and treating every client’s property with the same care and respect I would want for my own home. That philosophy is why Every Client Is Number One.
When my mother and I took over Big Business Scoopers from a family friend in 2015, I never imagined I would one day become its owner. Today, I’m proud to carry forward a business that has been helping New Jersey dog families enjoy cleaner yards since 2003.
In addition to leading Big Business Scoopers, I serve as Secretary of aPaws, the Association of Professional Animal Waste Specialists , where I work with others in our industry to support professionalism and help raise standards for pet waste removal.

Scooping since June 2020—back when we were operating as an essential service during the pandemic—Ayelen is our most senior team member. She joined Big Business Scoopers because of her genuine love for animals.
Today, she brings that same passion to every yard, delivering thorough, dependable service and caring for as many furry friends as possible.

After helping care for his family’s dogs in North Carolina, Greyson saw the opportunity to join Big Business Scoopers and realized he wouldn’t mind cleaning up after dogs—they always manage to make him smile.
He’s proud to have a job where he can care for dogs and help their families. Greyson is also a new father and hopes to add a dog to his immediate family when his little one gets older.

Greg is a lifelong animal lover and dedicated dog dad to Molly, who enjoys walkies and tossing a ball. He has hands-on experience in dog walking, washing, pet sitting and, of course, pet waste removal.
With a friendly nature and faithful commitment, Greg ensures that every dog family he works with at Big Business Scoopers feels valued and well cared for.

Being an avid hiker, snowboarder, and camping enthusiast, Dani brings an adventurous spirit and down-to-earth energy to keeping your yard clean and pet-friendly. As a devoted animal lover, she understands how important a safe, fresh space is for both pets and their people.
Whether she’s exploring new trails or helping maintain your yard, Dani is all about making nature a little bit cleaner and a lot more enjoyable!

Daniel is our youngest Scooper, but you wouldn’t know it from his strong work ethic and consistency. He truly enjoys what he does, taking pride in helping families and their dogs enjoy a clean, happy space to play.
With his steady work ethic and upbeat attitude, Daniel proves that age has nothing to do with delivering excellent service.

Dylan has never met an animal he didn't love. When he's not keeping our clients' yards clean, he works at Todd Marcus Birds Exotic in Delran and runs his own small business grooming exotic pets. His experience caring for a wide variety of animals reflects the patience, attention to detail, and reliability he brings to every yard he services.
While scooping, Dylan approaches every yard with the same careful inspection and thoroughness he uses when working with even the smallest animals.

FORMER OWNER
When the opportunity arose to purchase Big Business Scoopers from longtime family friend Tom Watson in 2015, Tina embraced a challenge she never expected to take on. After a career in the corporate world, she discovered that serving dog families across New Jersey would become one of the most rewarding chapters of her life.
Working alongside her daughter, Emily, she helped grow Big Business Scoopers into the trusted local service it is today. Her commitment to dependable service, honest communication, and treating every client with kindness continues to shape the company’s values.
Although now retired, Tina’s influence remains part of the business she helped build and the standards the team carries forward today.
FOUNDER
In 2003, Tom Watson founded Big Business Scoopers with a simple idea: help dog owners enjoy cleaner yards without one more chore on their to-do lists. Long before pet waste removal became a widely recognized industry, Tom saw the need and built one of New Jersey’s earliest professional pooper scooper services.
For more than a decade, he earned the trust of local families through reliable service, genuine care, and a great sense of humor. In 2015, he passed the business to Tina, knowing it would continue in the hands of people who shared his values.
The vision and values Tom established in 2003 continue to shape the work we do for every client today.
