What do you do?
We come to your home and scoop the pet waste that has accumulated in your yard. The waste is double bagged and placed into your regular garbage receptacle.

Are there any contracts to sign?
No. We can start and stop your service at any time with just a phone call or an e-mail. We don’t require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.

How often do you come to our home to provide NJ Poop Removal?
Most pet owners prefer our service once a week. However, we can accommodate other schedules and are happy to discuss additional options with you.

Do you work through the winter?
Absolutely! Your pet does its business year round, so we work year round as well.

What happens when the weather is bad?
If it’s just a light rain or snow, we don’t mind. If the rain is heavy, we’ll most likely return the next day. For our full winter policy, please call.

Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. We do not climb or jump over fences. Please have the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day. You may provide us with a key or the combination to the lock.

Can you work with our dog in the yard?
We love dogs, but there are times when they don’t love us. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that it will not allow us to clean the yard, we will ask that you restrain or confine your dog while we perform our service.

What if we go on vacation?
If, for any reason, your dog is not going to be home, just let us know and we can reschedule. You will not be charged for the time your dog didn’t use your yard.

How often will I be billed for New Jersey Poop Pick up?
We invoice the first of each month. If you prefer a different schedule, let us know.

Are there an extra charges for the first service?
There may be an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time. This will not be done without prior discussion and agreement.

What does it mean when your company says “satisfaction guaranteed”?
We promise that we’ll do everything we can to give you complete, dependable, and superior service. However, if there is ever a time when our service is not completely to your satisfaction, please let us know right away. We will make it right by either coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account. No questions asked. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it is this quality upon which we are staking our reputation.

Do you have a referral program?
